Give yourself a gift and join us on Monday afternoons! We daven Mincha, then have a freewheeling discussion of the weekly Torah portion. Even if you are unfamiliar with the prayers, we will help you feel at ease.
Contact Brian Opitz at brio500@mac.com for more information.
We are having Minyan Thursdays at 8:00 A.M. Join us for morning minyan on Thursdays in the Bnai Shalom Chapel. We'll be using the "7-minute Shacharit: a Workout for the Soul", an abbreviated, yet halakhic, version of the morning service. Even if you've have never worn a tallit (prayer shawl) or put on t'fillin (prayer boxes), or you are unfamiliar with the prayers, we invite you to come try it out!
An optional breakfast will be at a nearby diner after davening. It does work up an appetite! Contact Brian Opitz at brio500@mac.com for more information.
